4. Registro Diario de Boletines Oficiales
Registro Diario is a technological tool developed to facilitate the location, organisation, classification and analysis of information related to energy projects, published mainly in official sources.
The service may use automated systems, algorithms and artificial intelligence technologies to compile, identify, classify, summarise or structure information.
Registro Diario may offer different levels of access, including public functionalities and functionalities reserved for registered users, clients, collaborators or authorised users.
The presence of a publication, project, file or reference in Registro Diario does not imply that Terra Eólica participates in that project or that any commercial relationship exists with its developers, owners, public authorities or other interested parties.

5. Sources of information
A significant part of the information displayed comes from public and official sources, including, among others, national, regional and provincial official gazettes, public authorities, regulatory bodies and other sources of public information.
Terra Eólica is neither the owner of nor responsible for such external sources.
The original documents and the publications of public authorities shall always prevail over any information, classification, summary, interpretation or data displayed on the platform.
Where possible, Terra Eólica will provide links or references allowing the user to consult the original source.
6. Informational nature
The information offered through Terra Eólica and Registro Diario is exclusively informational and professional in nature.
It does not constitute legal, technical, financial, tax, urban planning, environmental or investment advice.
Nor does the information available replace consultation of the corresponding administrative files, public registers, official publications or original documentation.
Before making business, contractual, technical, financial or investment decisions, the user must carry out their own verifications and, where appropriate, seek independent professional advice.

7. Accuracy and updating of information
Terra Eólica makes reasonable efforts to keep the information correctly identified, organised and up to date.
However, due to the volume of information processed, the use of automated systems and the reliance on external sources, it cannot be guaranteed that all information is complete, accurate, up to date or free of errors.
In particular, the following may occur:
  • delays in incorporating publications;
  • classification errors;
  • duplicates;
  • omissions;
  • errors in automated extraction or interpretation;
  • subsequent changes to the original sources;
  • temporary unavailability of certain public sources.
The user must verify any relevant information directly in the corresponding official source.

8. Automated systems and artificial intelligence
Some Registro Diario functionalities may use automated information processing techniques, natural language processing, algorithms or artificial intelligence systems.
These systems may make errors or misinterpret certain documents.
Classifications, summaries, extracted data, associations between documents and projects, coordinates, technologies, capacities, administrative statuses and any other data generated or processed automatically must be regarded as tools supporting consultation, not as official certifications.

9. Permitted use
The user undertakes to use the website and its services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
Unless expressly authorised by Terra Eólica, the following is prohibited:
  • using automated systems for the mass extraction of information from the platform;

  • circumventing technical protection measures or access restrictions;
  • using the service in a way that may affect its operation or security;
  • using the content or databases to develop or feed a substantially equivalent or competing service through their systematic reproduction.
Reasonable consultation and use of the information for the user’s own professional purposes is permitted within the limits of the applicable access level

10. Intellectual property and databases
The rights to the design, software, structure, selection, organisation, classification, interfaces, proprietary maps, analyses, texts, graphic elements, methodology and other original content developed by Terra Eólica belong to Terra Eólica or its respective licensors.
Documents from public sources retain the legal regime and rights applicable to them.
The compilation, selection, verification, classification, structuring and systematic presentation of information carried out by Terra Eólica may constitute a database protected under applicable law.
Access to the service does not imply any assignment to the user of intellectual or industrial property rights over the platform.

11. Accounts and restricted access
Certain functionalities may require registration, prior authorisation or the purchase of a service.
The user is responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through their account.
Credentials are personal and may not be shared with third parties unless expressly authorised or where the contracted plan allows multiple users.
Terra Eólica may temporarily suspend access where it detects reasonable indications of fraudulent use, unauthorised access, breach of these Terms or risks to the security of the platform.

12. Availability of the service
Terra Eólica will endeavour to keep its services continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The service may be temporarily limited or interrupted due to maintenance, updates, technical incidents, changes to external sources, changes to public authorities’ systems, force majeure or other circumstances reasonably beyond Terra Eólica’s control.
Terra Eólica may also modify, extend or update the platform’s functionalities in order to improve the service.

The inclusion of a link does not necessarily imply endorsement of, collaboration with or a commercial relationship between Terra Eólica and the owner of the linked resource.

14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Terra Eólica shall not be liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the information provided by the platform.
In particular, Terra Eólica does not guarantee that the information available is sufficient in itself to determine the administrative, urban planning, environmental, technical, economic or financial viability of a project.
The user is responsible for checking the original documentation and carrying out the necessary verifications before making relevant decisions.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

15. Data protection
The processing of personal data carried out through the website shall be governed by the corresponding Privacy Policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 and other applicable legislation.
Where applicable, the use of cookies and similar technologies shall be governed by the corresponding Cookie Policy.

16. Amendments
Terra Eólica may amend these Terms to adapt them to legislative, technical or operational changes or to changes in the functionalities offered.
The current version will be available on this page and will indicate the date of its last update.
Where an amendment substantially affects registered users or contracted services, Terra Eólica will, where necessary, take reasonable steps to inform the affected users.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by Spanish law and by any directly applicable European Union legislation.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be subject to the courts and tribunals competent under applicable law, without prejudice to the rights of consumers and users where such legislation applies.
