Founder
Ilya has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry. He began his career as an engineer at the Institute of Energy of Moscow, later holding positions such as Head of Sales and Business Development at a company engaged in the development of software solutions for the energy sector. Over the next 10 years, he worked at FGC UES, and later at En+ Russia, holding the position of Director of the digital development department at the Energy division. In 2023, Ilya founded Terra Eólica, where he currently serves as CEO. Ilya holds a degree in Economics from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and an MBA from RANEPA. He dedicates his free time to his family, sports, and reading literature on business

Co-founder
Karim is a researcher and developer with over 20 years of experience in the development and implementation of engineering solutions in telecommunications, robotics, and control systems. He has over 9 years of experience in the energy sector as an engineer and developer. Additionally, he has worked on the development of software and scientific articles on resolving the electricity market crisis. Karim is a co-founder, co-owner, and head of the IT department. Karim holds a Ph.D. in Technical Sciences from St. Petersburg Polytechnic University of Peter the Great.

Co-founder
With over 15 years of experience in the electric power industry, Vlad has held senior positions at RAC UES and other leading power grid companies. He has also worked in the banking sector, holding positions at JPMorgan, MDM Bank, and ATON, where he was involved in preparing companies for IPOs and venture capital funds. During this time, Vlad headed the strategic department at a major electric grid company, FGC UES. Since 2015, he has been engaged in the energy sector at the Federal Grid Company. Since 2023, Vlad has been implementing consulting projects in the electricity industry in Russia and actively working on energy transition projects in the global electricity market.
