Conditions affecting design and cost

  • No modules on slopes above 12%; erosion control above 8% (cond. 13).
  • Majales evacuation fully underground, including the Masegoso river crossing, with prior authorisation from the Júcar River Basin Authority (cond. 6 and 21).
  • Cerroblanco kept outside the peripheral protection zone of the Laguna del Arquillo natural monument (cond. 42).
  • Steppe-habitat measures at a 1:1 ratio, outside the plant enclosures, not countable towards other projects and in place before works begin; land availability proven by purchase or land stewardship agreement (cond. 4 and 35).
  • Four firefighting water points of at least 575 m³, one per plant, suitable for aerial firefighting, before commissioning (cond. 54).
  • Game fencing no higher than 2 m, without barbed wire, with a 20 cm clear strip at the bottom (cond. 34); no outdoor lighting except what is essential on buildings (cond. 8).
  • Priority for SF6-free electrical equipment under Regulation (EU) 2024/573 (cond. 9); modules with anti-reflective treatment (cond. 44).

Market context

  • Opdenergy, majority-owned by Antin Infrastructure Partners, closed the purchase from Acciona Energía of 13 wind farms in Spain (440 MW; Albacete, Cádiz, Cuenca, Lleida, Valencia and Zamora; average age 15 years) for €530 M on 4 Dec 2025. The deal was announced on 29 Jul 2025 and cleared by the CNMC in phase one on 16 Oct 2025.
  • The agreement included a solar PV pipeline under development of up to 351 MWp to hybridise those wind farms. The developer's name change (15 Jun 2026) reflects the deal; this file, promoted by the same company, fits within that hybridisation pipeline.
  • Material execution budget of the 2023–2024 applications: €70.56 M in total, before the 30% reduction in modules and area in the assessed configuration.

From 19 official sources: the BOE, MITECO (environmental statements and the e-office for project files) and the official gazettes of the 17 autonomous communities. Each row links to the document at the issuing source and quotes the passage the data was extracted from.
From what date is there coverage?
The daily register covers May 2026 onwards, and the historical backfill is progressing source by source back towards 2018. Every quote states the actual coverage of the requested period; gaps are declared, not filled in.
How is a document classified?
Through automated extraction from the full text and a permitting-status model reviewed by industry experts. Critical fields carry a citation. Classification can be wrong: that is why we always link to the original.
